"Agreement to assign an annuity of £ 400 to Thomas Pickering; 19 Mar. 1774(1 f, paper) Acknowledgment by Hugh Hamersley and Peter
Provost of the receipt of £ 4,788 7s 2d from Brackley Kennett Esq. and Mr John Heaton,
through Thomas Pickering (with the consent of William Lord Byron), for the purchase of an
annuity of £ 400 secured by Lord Byron to the late Frederick Calvert Baron Baltimore of
Ireland, and for all arrears and costs (Hamersley and Provost being executors of Lord
Baltimore's will); agreement to assign the annuities and securities for the same to Thomas
